How(What software do I need) to make dump/backup of my BIOS-UEFI, change matherboard's KEY to FFFFF-...-... ....-FFFFF?

Maybe I need to use fptw.exe from archive http://forum.x86pad.com/t/drivers-for-cherry-trail-devices/259 T07-2G-Original-32Bit.7z and use creating *.bat file with this code:

cd "%~dp0"
fptw /d backup.BIN
pause

And then edit backup.BIN by any HEX-editor, does it?
